Response times

We aim to action or reply to all written correspondence within 5 business days and phone calls within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Application processing time frames can vary (5-8 days) and may take longer than usual if an application is incomplete and additional documentation is required to complete the assessment process.

Non-English speakers

If you’d like to speak to us in your language you can access free phone translation services by calling the National Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450.

Solar Homes information in community languages is also available.
