We aim to action or reply to all written correspondence within 5 business days and phone calls within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Application processing time frames can vary (5-8 days). Your application may take longer if it is incomplete, and we need additional documentation.

Enquiries about your loan with us

If you have a question about your current loan with us, please email our specialised loans team at loans@team.solar.vic.gov.au.

We can also provide support to customers who are experiencing financial hardship and having trouble meeting their repayments.

Community languages

If you’d like to speak to us in your language, you can access free phone translation services by calling the National Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450.
