Information for customers

If you were unable to complete your installation by 30 June 2023, you will no longer be able to receive the rebate as the program has closed. This applies to owner occupier, rental and community housing properties.

If you have completed your installation before 30 June 2023, you may still be selected for a free safety and quality check. Independent auditors for our program will be conducting audits until late in 2023.
