This is an acknowledgement for the Solar Victoria team, recognising how we support and serve our householder and industry customers every day, investing in technology and people to deliver consistently positive experiences.
We know that the successful adoption of renewable energy in Victorian homes is dependent on how effectively we engage with and support our customers. At Solar Victoria, we are committed to putting customers at the centre of everything we do.
Solar Victoria has hundreds of thousands of customers, including consumers who have accessed our rebate and loan incentives, as well as retailers and installers whom we rely upon to connect future customers to our programs.
We proudly and rigorously apply consumer-centric program and service design. Listening regularly, through consumer research, stakeholder engagement and our Industry and Consumer Reference Group to inform and guide enhancements to the customer journey. This approach enables us to adapt to changes in market dynamics and customer needs.
Building enduring and trusted relationships with customers opens up opportunities to further engage in the energy transition, and to raise the bar for customer expectations in engaging with government programs.

We are proud of this recognition of how we support and serve our customers every day!”
Solar Victoria CEO, Stan Krpan noted “This is a whole of organisation achievement and recognises that every person in Solar Victoria provides excellent service to our customers both external and internal and engages our retailers, installers and other stakeholders or enables these services.”
